Shrimp Belize
 
  • 12 Shrimp, skin on
  • 2 teaspoons ginger, Chopped
  • 1 cloves, garlic, chopped
  • 1 roma tomato, chopped
  • 1 green onions, chopped
  • 1.5 oz. white rum, (1 shot)
  • salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Seasame seeds
 
Servings/Yield: 2 servings | 12 shrimps
1.In a skillet: heat up olive oil, saute ginger and garlic.
2.Add shrimp: and saute on both sides. Add tomatoes, cook 3 min.
3.Pour rum and flambe.: Add chopped scallions.
4.Salt and pepper to taste, sprinkle with sesame seeds.:
